THE METHOD
BEGINNER

The beginner program will help to increase one’s balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility. The program  will help you to recognize where your body is in space and further train your muscles to execute movements.

INTERMEDIATE

The intermediate program provides guidelines on how to stretch and strengthen muscle groups with ballet and gymnastic exercises in an effective way. This program will greatly improve your flexibility, muscle strength and reduce stress. This is an excellent introduction to understand the concept of Body Suspension and Body Balance.

INTERMEDIATE
ADVANCED

The intermediate advanced program is designed for students with previous ballet training. This program will help you to continue to improve and progress at a comfortable pace while increasing muscle strength and flexibility with correct breathing techniques. We also provide guidelines for injury prevention.

The advanced program will challenge your upper body and core by providing muscle-elongating techniques and strengthening sequences to maximize muscle fiber. This program is designed to help you to reach your full potential, and provides guidance on how to maintain it for long term success.
